Tasting notes

Bright gold colour. A bit close first, this wine has a great potential. The nose opens on toasted notes, mandarin, orange blossom, candied lemon and bergamot. The mouth is sharp, precise and serious, with a great finish and an incredible length.

Serving temperature : 14-16°C

Food pairing

The delicacy of this wine combines perfectly with foie gras, noble shellfish such as lobster, crab. Poultry and veal in white sauce also pair well. Cheeses with a light taste (Camembert, Brie, Blue cheese, Goat cheese, Gruyere...).

Ageing potential : Drink within 10 years.
