Light gold in colour. Aromas of white fruit, citrus fruit and toast. The palate is fresh, delicate and precise with a finish finely weathered by the barrel ageing.
Serving temperature : 11-13°C
Perfect with a tripe sausage or Burgundy snails but also with fish, shellfish or poultry with cream sauce or white meat. Hard cheeses (Gruyère and Gouda ...) or fresh Goat cheese.
