Tasting notes

Pale gold in colour with green highlights. Aromas of white flowers and citrus, moving towards spicy notes of cinnamon and liquorice with time. The roundness appears on the palate, wide and powerful. The acidity makes it a great white wine with seriousness and accuracy. The finish is very persistent with toasted notes.

Serving temperature : 11-12°C

Food pairing

Ideal with shellfish and seafood gratin or fish and shrimp complemented by a spicy sauce. For meat, perfect with poultry in sauce. Cheeses with a light taste (Camembert, Brie, Blue cheese, Goat cheese, Gruyere...).

Ageing potential : Drink within 5 years.
