The Climat "Les Maréchaudes" is down the hill, next to Ladoix-Serrigny.

Tasting notes

Dark ruby with amber highlights. The fine and delicate nose is composed by floral, little red fruits, spices and undergrowth aromas. This great complexity is also found on the palate. The tannins are smooth on the attack and ensure strength and length on the finish. Every characteristics of a great wine from Burgundy are there!

Serving temperature : 14-16°C

Serve with strong flavored dishes: red meats and game, grilled, roasted or stewed or roasted poultry. Cheeses with strong flavours such as Epoisses, Soumaintrain, Munster, Maroilles…
